What BizBrokerMatch is
BizBrokerMatch is a directory and matching service that connects business owners with business brokers. We are not a brokerage, we do not represent buyers or sellers, and we do not participate in transactions. We are a neutral referral platform.
For sellers and buyers
By submitting a matching request or requesting a broker introduction, you authorize BizBrokerMatch to share your contact information with the specific broker you select. You are not charged for this service. Any fees you pay to a broker are governed solely by your agreement with that broker — BizBrokerMatch is not a party to that agreement and receives no commission from transactions.
For brokers
Broker profiles are sourced from public association data. By claiming your profile, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to represent the listed brokerage. BizBrokerMatch reserves the right to remove profiles that contain false or misleading information.
Brokers are ranked by fit-based scoring, not by payment. No fee is required to be listed or to receive introductions through this platform.
Disclaimer
BizBrokerMatch does not verify the credentials, licensing, or performance of brokers beyond their association membership status. We strongly recommend conducting your own due diligence before entering into any agreement with a broker. BizBrokerMatch is not liable for outcomes of transactions facilitated through introductions made on this platform.
Reviews
Reviews submitted through BizBrokerMatch are moderated before publication. By submitting a review, you confirm that it reflects your honest experience and that you have the right to share the information provided. False reviews may be removed and may constitute grounds for legal action by affected parties.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of BizBrokerMatch after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
