What we collect

When you submit a matching request or request a broker introduction, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), and the details you provide about your business. When brokers claim their profile, we collect their business email and the profile information they enter.

We do not collect payment information. We do not create accounts for buyers or sellers.

How we use it

Seller contact information is shared onlywhen a seller explicitly clicks “Request Introduction” for a specific broker. We do not share your information with brokers proactively, sell it to third parties, or use it for advertising.

We use your email to send the introduction request and any follow-up transactional messages you initiate. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Broker profiles

Broker directory listings are sourced from public IBBA member data and state association records. If you are a broker and want to update or remove your listing, email hello@bizbrokermatch.com.

Data storage

Data is stored securely using Turso (distributed SQLite) hosted in the United States. We do not store sensitive financial information. Lead and review data is retained to operate the platform and may be deleted upon request.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie for broker authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that profile individual users.
