How are brokers verified?
Every broker in our database is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). We also score each broker on certifications (CBI, M&AMI), IBBA tenure, transaction history, and web presence. No broker can pay to rank higher.
What deal sizes does BBM cover?
We specialize in Main Street and lower-middle-market transactions: $100K–$10M. If your client's business falls outside this range, we'll say so clearly and point them toward the right type of advisor.
