Seller requests an introduction
They read your profile, review your track record, and decide. If they request an intro, you receive an email and SMS with their details — and the option to accept. A flat introduction fee is charged on acceptance.
The rule you need to know
Brokers can't pay to be a seller's match.
Your position in a seller's results is determined entirely by fit — industry specialization, geography, deal-size band, and track record. This is not for sale, and we say so plainly on every results page.
